Every Thursday night at 6:00pm we have Metaphysical Workshops upstairs at our store in downtown Montrose, Colorado.
We have a different speaker every week who share their practices!
You can also participate online with our Facebook Live videos if you can't make it in person.

Yin Yoga
We have Yin Yoga Thursday mornings at 10:30 with Elizabeth Long! Classes are donation based.
Yin is a slow, passive, floor-based practice that reaches the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimension of the body. Most poses are generally held between 2-8 minutes.
Because of this different way we get into the body, Yin offers a unique opportunity to ease and release deeply held tension in the physical body, unleash stagnant or blocked energy, and cultivate peacefulness in the heart and mind.
Our classes are open to all levels and everyone age 14 and up. Because of it's flexible nature, Yin can be made perfectly safe for pregnant women and those with injuries.
Kids Geology Classes
Come bring your kids to a free geology class every month! Every second Saturday we host a kids class at 11:30am. The kids will have a geology lesson and then create a hands on craft. We hope to see you for the
fun!
